It's an exciting time to be a member of the Fisher Investments Technology Department. We're investing in the future of our firm's technology and are building our team to achieve global growth. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our Technology Institutional Solutions team. Our Technology Department is looking for a mid-level Salesforce Administrator. provide ongoing support of the Salesforce platform and managing its evolution to meet the business' needs. You will report to an Application Development Team Leader. - Oversee various Salesforce initiatives from beginning to end, ensuring implemented solutions effectively meet business needs Independently administer Salesforce instances including roles, profiles, sharing rules, flows and groups Maintain and customize Sales Cloud Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and troubleshoot issues Develop training materials and provide training and support to SalesForce end-users Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator - Salesforce Administrator certification required - Experience administrating Salesforce Sales Cloud - Demonstrated skills using process builder, sharing rules, flow, formulas, report, and dashboard building Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance It's the people that make the Fisher purpose possible, and we invest in them by offering exceptional benefits like: -100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents - 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays - Family Support programs including 8 week Paid Primary Caregiver Leave, fertility, family forming, and hormonal health assistance and back-up child, adult, and elder care -$Opportunity to participate in our hybrid work from home program.
