Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical leadership for a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee prescription fulfillment requests and manage clinical escalations
Provide leadership and support for psychiatric nurse practitioners, including onboarding and performance evaluations
Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary meetings to improve client care and processes

Required Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
ANCC Board Certification
5+ years of experience in adult mental health
Healthcare leadership experience with direct supervision of a clinical team
Startup experience preferred
