Location: Lents Practice (Southeast Portland)Position Type: Full Time RegularSchedule: 4 10-hour daysExpected Hiring Range: $350,000 - $500,000Position SummaryAn Oral Surgeon supports Willamette Dental's evidence based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and core values by performing the full scope of oral surgery permitted by the state.Essential Position Functions

• Embody Willamette Dental Group's treatment philosophy, mission and values and ensure they are portrayed throughout the practice.
• Adheres to the criteria of the office strategic goals, the economic value report of their offices and themselves: patient count, routine work, Customer Experience, access and quality care.
• Embrace Customer Experience and patient transparency with the patient experience being foremost.
• Obtain and maintain Nitrous Oxide credentials and/or other forms of minimal conscious sedation.
• Strict adherence to OSHA and blood borne pathogens policies.Education, Licenses, Certifications and Registrations
  • DDS, DMD or BDS, MSD or Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Board eligible or Board CertifiedExpected annual salary range for this position depending on experience:$350,000-$500,000 USDCompensationThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.Company BenefitsWillamette Dental Group offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan with 5% match, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, life insurance, voluntary disability insurance, commuter benefits and employee assistance program.Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible employees will accrue a minimum of 120 PTO hours per employment year in addition to seven paid holidays annually.
