and Residential Management Group is looking for a Compliance
Specialist to join the compliance team at the Corporate Office. The
Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company's
adherence to all regulations and requirements with Low Income
Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs for a portfolio of properties.
This position involves reviewing and auditing tenant files to
ensure that all necessary paperwork is in compliance.If you have
previous experience working in other affordable housing programs
such as HUD, 202, and/or 811 projects this might be the position
for you!Location: Harrison Square (1800 SW 1st Ave, Suite 220,
Portland, OR 97201)Hourly Rate: $25.00 to $31.00 an hour
(DOE)Workdays: FT, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMWhat we will do for

birthday off!Responsibilities for the Affordable Housing Compliance
Specialist (LIHTC / HUD)Daily communication with onsite and
corporate teams to ensure regulatory compliance with housing
program layers.Review and audit tenant files and escalate any
necessary corrections as they arise.Follow up on items that need to
be corrected.Enter data into the compliance reporting systems.Daily
use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and compliance software
applications.Requirements:*A Skills Assessment test will be
conducted prior to extending an offer. A pre-employment background
check is required on all final candidates*Requirements for the
Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist (LIHTC / HUD)Three (3)
years of experience processing LIHTC certification paperwork
(affordable housing) is required.Three (3) years of experience
processing HUD certification paperwork (affordable housing) is
preferred.Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations are
preferred.Previous experience with Property Management Compliance
Software (Real Page or Yardi) is preferred.Must have a valid
driver's license, reliable transportation, and state minimum
insurance.Strong organizational skills.Strong oral and written
